ASNPC History

In 1998 a group of businessmen, all match pistol shooters, organized to support and promote the Maryland State Pistol Championship.  Through their efforts and with the generous support of sponsors and volunteers, this pistol championship experienced tremendous growth and attracted top civilian and military shooters from across the country. Within two years this annual event became one of the best accepted pistol matches in the country - attracting shooters and sponsors from over 20 states.
